Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate for shipping Australia-wide.

  • Standard Parcel — $10.00
  • Express Parcel — $15.00

We also offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00. This is calculated after coupons and/or discounts, and does not include shipping costs.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We roast, pack and dispatch every weekday. We roast & pack to order, so expected processing time is 24-48 hours from order confirmation.

From pickup, delivery usually takes 2-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently ship outside of Australia at this time, however we plan to accommodate this in the future.

Why isn't my free shipping applying?

If your free shipping isn’t automatically applying, you can manually select it by going to your cart and select “Free shipping” from the list of shipping options.

How do I choose the right coffee?

The short answer is to try them and decide for yourself!

How much coffee should I buy?

As a rule of thumb, these are how many coffees are in each size:

  • 250 Grams
       20 x or;
       32 x /
  • 1 Kilo
       86 x or;
       132 x /

How do I store my coffee?

In short, keep your coffee away from exposure to open air and sunlight as much as possible. If you wish to retain the freshness of your coffee for longer periods of time, please check out our blog post about Keeping Your Coffee.

Will you grind my coffee?

Yup, just check out the grind options on each product page.
Keep in mind, the grinding option may not be present for limited-time or limited-stock items.

Orders

I made a mistake. Can you change my order?

You can make changes to your order up until it’s ready for dispatch. If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately we can’t change it.

Can you delay my order?

Sure thing chicken wing. Shoot us an enquiry on our Contact page before you order, and let us know you want to defer your delivery.

How do I track my order?

You can either visit your Account page to view the process of your orders, or Find your Order.

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel has been scanned by our couriers

Where can I view my past orders?

You view your orders on your Account page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major card brands. We these transactions through Stripe, where you can learn more about Supported Card Brands.

We also accept Buy Now, Pay Later through Afterpay and Zip Pay & Zip Money.
