Collection: Single Origin Coffee

There are few countries more famous for coffee production than Colombia. Coffee from San Agustín, Colombia is known for its rich, mild flavour, a result of the ideal climate and the beans grown. This coffee is exemplary in both balance and sweetness. In the cup, it has a round, chocolate mouthfeel softened by honey and piquant apple acidity. Recommended black, where floral complexity will develop.

This is a heavy-bodied decaffeinated coffee from San Ignacio in the heart of the Cajamarca District, an area known for its exceptional coffees in Peru. The Water Decaffeination Process creates a clean, flavourful bean free of caffeine. In the cup, we find cloves and dark chocolate up front, mellowing into a gentle acidity with a creamy roasted walnut finish. With milk, the dark chocolate becomes creamy for a beautifully full-bodied cup.
