We charge a flat rate for shipping Australia-wide. Standard Parcel — $10.00. Express Parcel — $15.00. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $75.00. This is calculated after coupons and/or discounts, and does not include shipping costs.

We roast, pack and dispatch every weekday. We roast and pack to order, so expected processing time is 24-48 hours from order confirmation. From pickup, delivery usually takes 2-3 days.

We don't currently ship outside of Australia at this time, however we plan to accommodate this in the future.

If your free shipping isn't automatically applying, you can manually select it by going to your cart and select "Free shipping" from the list of shipping options.

The short answer is to try them and decide for yourself!

Great question — it depends on how often you brew. As a general guide, 250g is ideal for at-home use and will last around a week if you’re making 2–3 coffees per day. This equates to roughly 20 espressos or 30–32 cups using filter or plunger methods.

If you’re brewing more frequently or buying for multiple people, a 1kg bag offers better value and consistency. This will give you approximately 80–90 espressos or around 130 cups of filter or plunger coffee.

As a reference, most brews use around 15g for filter, 23g for espresso, or 30g per litre for plunger.

Yup, just check out the grind options on each product page. Keep in mind, the grinding option may not be present for limited-time or limited-stock items.

You can make changes to your order up until it's ready for dispatch. If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately we can't change it. Reach out to the support team here.

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major card brands. We process these transactions through Stripe. We also accept Buy Now, Pay Later through Afterpay.
